Access to wholesale pricing requires approval of a wholesale account through our website.

An EIN or Tax ID Number is only required for businesses seeking sales tax exemption. Businesses without an EIN or Tax ID Number may still be approved for wholesale purchasing but will be charged applicable sales tax.

Tiny Tots Children's Clothing reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

Playtime Collection wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

• A minimum of five (5) pieces per color and style is required.
• Orders that do not meet the minimum requirement will not be processed.
• Tiny Tots Children's Clothing reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders that do not meet MOQ requirements.

1. All Playtime Collection wholesale items are made to order.
2. All Playtime Collection sales are final.
3. Production will not begin until payment has been received in full.
4. Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of production, slight variations are not considered defects, including:

• Minor color differences from mockups
• Print placement variations
• Pattern scale differences
• Fabric or batch variations between production runs

Playtime Collection orders follow standard wholesale shipping rates:

• Orders up to $150.00: Flat-rate shipping of $12.50 (USPS)
• Orders over $150.00: Free shipping (USPS)

Local pickup is not available for wholesale orders.

Tiny Tots Children's Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once an order has shipped.

To support brand integrity and all authorized retailers, Playtime Collection products must be sold at or above the following minimum retail pricing:

• Bubbles: $12.00
• Shorts: $10.00
• Dresses: $15.00

These are suggested minimum retail prices. Retailers are encouraged to price above these minimums when appropriate.

Retailers must charge a minimum of $10.00 for any personalization or customization add-on, regardless of product type.

Retailers are expected to price in a way that reflects the value of both their business and the product. Undervaluing or underpricing products in a way that diminishes brand value is not permitted.

Wholesale Pricing (35% Discount)

Approved wholesale pricing reflects a 35% discount from MSRP:

• Bubbles: $7.80
• Shorts: $6.50
• Dresses: $9.75

Retailers are permitted to share size charts with their customers as needed to support accurate ordering.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and creative assets remain the property of Tiny Tots Children's Clothing and/or its licensed artists.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or sharing of any designs, mockups, or files is strictly prohibited.

Resources & Size Charts

All order details must be reviewed carefully prior to payment.

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery.

Customers agree to contact Tiny Tots Children's Clothing directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in immediate termination of wholesale privileges.

Violation of any wholesale policies, including pricing requirements or intellectual property restrictions, may result in:

• Suspension of wholesale access
• Revocation of wholesale account privileges
• Permanent termination from the wholesale program
