Access to wholesale pricing requires approval of a wholesale account through our website.

An EIN or Tax ID Number is only required for businesses seeking sales tax exemption. Businesses without an EIN or Tax ID Number may still be approved for wholesale purchasing but will be charged applicable sales tax.

Tiny Tots Children's Clothing reserves the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at its sole discretion.

Approved wholesale customers may place orders through our wholesale portal at any time.

• No minimum order quantity (MOQ) is required.
• No minimum purchase amount is required.
• Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale account holders.
• Wholesale orders are not eligible for retail discounts, promotions, rewards programs, or coupon codes unless otherwise stated.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing all order details for accuracy prior to submitting payment.

Inventory displayed on the website reflects current stock levels and is updated regularly. While every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory counts, inventory availability is not guaranteed.

All wholesale orders are shipped via USPS.

• Orders up to $150.00: Flat-rate shipping of $12.50
• Orders over $150.00: Free shipping

Local pickup is not available for wholesale orders.

Wholesale and retail orders should be placed separately whenever possible to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment.

Claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

All wholesale blank sales are considered final except in cases of verified fulfillment errors or damaged merchandise.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or sharing of any exclusive or custom artwork provided by Tiny Tots Children's Clothing is strictly prohibited.

Customers agree to contact Tiny Tots Children's Clothing regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Chargebacks filed without prior communication and reasonable opportunity for resolution may result in termination of wholesale purchasing privileges.

Tiny Tots Children's Clothing reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of all current Terms & Conditions.
